Feb 24, 2020 | Monday Memos

Today I have some resources to help you improve your marketing strategy on Twitter. Here’s four links with tips and tricks to kick start your work week.

Keeping track of the latest tweets from your audience on Twitter is an on-going process with around 6,000 tweets going out every second. In order to reach your target audience you need to narrow these down into one place. Utilizing the right tools will greatly improve your marketing strategy and reach. Would you like to attract more followers on Twitter? Use these four tools, and let me know how these work for you!

1) Team effort – MediaFunnel

Tweet and interact with your followers on up to 25 different accounts all from one dashboard. MediaFunnel is a social media management tool, which includes brand monitoring, conversations with your followers, customer management, and more. You can get your team involved in promotion without compromising the integrity of your brand(s).

2) Social media automation – Dlvr.it

Sharing content on Twitter at least five times a day will improve your follows and retweets. Dlvr.it helps brands and businesses quickly find the latest trending articles in your niche to share. Signup is free, and setup takes under a minute to get started. Once you find what you want to share simply place it into a queue or share it right away on your network.

3) Become a content wizard – Falcon.io

Would you like to share the best organic content to your niche? Falcon.io helps you to find topics for both paid and organic campaigns. 4) Host a chat on Twitter – Tweet Chats

Hosting Twitter chats is becoming widely popular, especially with big brands. This is a great way to get to know your audience better, and attract new followers. An easy to use strategy for this is outlined on Hootsuite, which explains how you to choose a topic, and with a simple hashtag entry you are on your way to a great Twitter engagement. The conversations are in real-time, and work well by announcing to your followers ahead of time when the event will take place.

Hopefully you will find these Twitter tools useful to your business marketing strategy. Are there any that you would like to add as well?

Have fun with these tips and tools.

Wishing you a FAN-tastic week!

    Hi Susan,
I started using DLvr.it but need to go in and update more folks to make it more effective. I love Twitter chats but can’t seem to find a place to find them anymore like I used to. I just search on Twitter for them now.
It always amazes me how many tools they are for Twitter today still. I know they did away with some because of the API about a year ago.
    Thanks for sharing about these.

Hi Lisa – I agree, it’s a shame that so many Twitter chat apps/software have gone away due to the changes. These are such a great way to connect with your brand audience. Hopefully DLvr.it will do more updates soon! I appreciate your feedback :-).
